There was a period this year when flora was a huge inspiration for me. I was sketching flowers and leaves, as I believe nature contains immense inspiration. ⁣

Lilies are elegant and timeless, and carry a sense of purity and quiet strength, much like these beautiful, highly translucent, icy dark green Type A Burmese jadeite donuts. Good quality, rare jadeite contain the qualities we see here; more intense color, coupled with high translucency.
